1. St. Philip’s School & Community Center – Dallas, Texas
- Revitalizing the historic Forest District neighborhood.
- Addressed contamination from dry-cleaning solvents in six buildings.

2. Oregon State University Cascades Campus – Bend, Oregon
- Redevelopment of a former pumice mine and demolition landfill.

3. Connor Park – Palmetto, Florida
- Former railroad spur and depot site redeveloped into a public park.
