Cemex UAE Supplies Vertua Lower-Carbon Concrete Innovation

Cemex UAE is playing a key role in shaping Dubai’s evolving Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) skyline by supplying its Vertua® lower-carbon concrete for the construction of SENSORIA at the FIVE LUXE Resort. The 43-storey architectural tower is positioned to become a new benchmark for luxury beachfront living in the emirate.

Up to 28 May 2025, Cemex delivered approximately 19,000 cubic meters of Vertua® concrete for the project. The use of this lower-carbon concrete supports more sustainable construction practices by reducing environmental impact while maintaining high material quality, strength and durability.

Located in the prestigious JBR district, SENSORIA offers residents exclusive access to a 125-metre private beach and uninterrupted panoramic views of Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. The development comprises a mix of furnished and unfurnished two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments, each featuring expansive terraces with private plunge pools, combining luxury, comfort and privacy.

The project reflects Cemex’s broader commitment to sustainable construction solutions and its ambition to support lower-carbon building across the Middle East. Through products such as Vertua®, Cemex continues to help developers meet high-performance standards while addressing growing environmental expectations in urban developments.

As one of the region’s most prominent beachfront residential projects, SENSORIA highlights how innovative materials can contribute to iconic architecture without compromising sustainability goals.
