DRAGADOS strengthens its commitment to digital infrastructure with the acquisition of Fleischmann

ACS Group, through DRAGADOS S.A., has acquired 100% of Fleischmann S.A., a Chilean company specialized in industrial assembly, energy systems, mechanical installations, HVAC, commissioning, maintenance, and construction.
Fleischmann delivers integrated solutions throughout all phases of project development — from design and assembly to execution and maintenance — with a strong focus on data centers, industrial facilities, and civil engineering works.

This strategic acquisition marks a key milestone in the ACS Group’s global strategy to reinforce its presence in the digital infrastructure sector and expand its ability to provide fully integrated, end-to-end services to clients worldwide. The completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals.

With over 80 years of experience and more than 1,200 employees, Fleischmann S.A. has earned strong recognition both in Chile and internationally for its technical excellence and commitment to innovation. The company has consistently implemented advanced technologies and state-of-the-art construction methods in complex, large-scale projects, establishing itself as a benchmark in Chile’s data center sector.

Headquartered in Santiago, Chile, Fleischmann maintains a solid regional footprint and is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for digital infrastructure. In recent years, it has been involved in high-profile international projects, demonstrating its ability to operate in demanding and diverse environments.

“This acquisition strengthens our presence in Latin America and enhances our ability to support global clients with advanced digital infrastructure solutions,” said Santiago García Salvador, CEO of Dragados. “Fleischmann’s experience and proven track record align perfectly with our long-term strategic vision.”

Fleischmann’s innovative approach was further reinforced three years ago with the launch of Fleischmann Lab, an innovation center focused on integrating digital technology into construction processes. This initiative led to the creation of new business units specializing in Digital Solutions and Data Centers.

This operation positions DRAGADOS and the ACS Group to actively participate in Chile’s National Data Center Plan, which foresees an estimated investment of USD 2.5 billion over the next five years. It will also enable closer collaboration with major global tech clients, as Chile continues to strengthen its role as a regional connectivity hub.
