Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has achieved an order intake of nearly €950 million in Germany during the first half of 2025, reinforcing its leadership in the energy services market.
This performance reflects the combined strength of its long-standing subsidiaries Elomech, Schwarz & Grantz, and Nat, along with Salvia and Eqos, acquired in 2023 and 2024. Together, they provide a comprehensive offering across industry, infrastructure, networks, local authorities, and commercial markets. Germany has now become one of the company’s largest markets, with over 5,000 employees.
Among the major contracts awarded is a large-scale electricity transmission project won by Eqos as part of the extension of the Rhin-Neckar-Nord Bade electricity grid. Commissioned by TransnetBW, the project involves building high-voltage lines and replacing cables across a 31 km route between Philippsburg and Karlsruhe-Daxlanden. Once completed, the upgrade will significantly increase transmission capacity between Frankfurt am Main and Karlsruhe. Works are scheduled to begin in early 2026.
This contract highlights Eiffage Énergie Systèmes’ strategic role in supporting Germany’s energy transition and further strengthens its presence in the European energy infrastructure market.
