Holcim, a global leader in sustainable building solutions, has announced the acquisition of Langley Concrete Group Inc., a premier precast concrete manufacturer based in British Columbia, Canada. This strategic acquisition marks Holcim’s entry into the precast concrete market in the province and strengthens its presence in the rapidly expanding infrastructure sector.

With over 75 years of family-run legacy, Langley Concrete Group brings deep expertise and local knowledge in producing dry-cast and wet-cast concrete solutions for both above- and below-ground infrastructure. The acquisition includes two cutting-edge facilities in Chilliwack and Duncan, B.C., enhancing Holcim’s capacity to deliver key products like concrete pipes, manholes, box culverts, and custom precast components essential for municipal, commercial, and industrial applications.
