February 2026 — British Land and Royal London Asset Management have officially launched One Triton Square, a flagship London innovation campus designed to help science, technology and AI businesses start, scale and commercialise breakthroughs in one of the UK’s most connected ecosystems.
Located at the heart of Regent’s Place between Paddington and King’s Cross, the landmark building forms a central hub for founders, researchers, investors and global corporates, supporting up to 4,000 people across its flexible, future-ready workspace.
Venture Café Moves London Innovation Hub to One Triton Square
As part of the launch, British Land and Royal London Asset Management have secured a major partnership with Venture Café Global Institute, which will relocate its London innovation hub from King’s Cross to One Triton Square from 20 November.
Weekly events hosted in the building’s dedicated event space will bring together startup founders, policymakers, researchers, technologists and investors, strengthening the campus as a focal point for collaboration and idea exchange.
Designed for Growth Across Science, AI and Tech
Spanning over 300,000 sq ft, One Triton Square offers a mix of fitted laboratories, flexible Storey workspaces, high-spec offices and shared meeting and event facilities — allowing companies to grow without relocating.
The building is designed to support businesses at every stage, from university spinouts and early-stage startups to global leaders in AI, life sciences and deeptech.
Through partnerships with The Francis Crick Institute and UCL, occupiers gain access to world-class research networks, talent pipelines and specialist facilities, helping ideas move faster from concept to real-world impact.
Anchoring a Fast-Growing Innovation Cluster
As the flagship building within Regent’s Place, One Triton Square sits at the centre of one of Europe’s fastest-growing innovation clusters. AI and life sciences companies are increasingly choosing the campus for its proximity to talent, research and capital.
Recent arrivals include customer service AI firm Sierra, generative AI company Synthesia, and Relation Therapeutics, which has expanded its footprint on site.
A Low-Carbon Landmark for Innovation
Originally built in 1997, One Triton Square has undergone a major sustainability-led retrofit by Arup, transforming it into one of the UK’s lowest-carbon headquarters.
By retaining its original structure and upgrading energy systems, the project saved 40,000 tonnes of carbon compared to a new build. The building operates on 100% certified renewable energy, holds an EPC B rating, and features one of London’s largest covered atriums, green roofs, panoramic terraces and premium club-style amenities.
Industry Leaders on the Launch
Michael Wiseman, Head of Campuses at British Land, said the project goes beyond real estate, calling it “critical infrastructure for the UK’s fast-growing science and technology economy.”
Will Hawking, Head of Life Sciences at Royal London Asset Management, added that the building’s lab-ready design and advanced infrastructure make it uniquely suited to biotech, AI, data science and deeptech companies seeking a central London presence within a campus environment.
