Siemens to Showcase Cutting-Edge Building Technology at ISH 2025

Transforming Buildings with Smart, Sustainable Solutions

Under the theme “Technology to Transform Buildings,” Siemens Smart Infrastructure will present its latest innovations at ISH 2025, the leading trade fair for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Water industries. The event will take place from March 17–21, 2025, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where Siemens will showcase solutions that drive sustainability and digital transformation in buildings of all sizes.

Key Innovations on Display

🔹 Wireless Plug and Play Automation Bundle – A cloud-powered, edge-computing solution that automates building assets without engineering skills. Featuring wireless devices like the radiator actuator, it eliminates complex wiring, reducing installation time and costs while enhancing energy efficiency.

🔹 Connect Box IoT Solution – A plug-and-play automation system that integrates with existing building management software. It supports 11 protocols and over 1,000 devices from 150+ manufacturers, providing alarm notifications, historical trend visualizations, and actionable insights for optimized operations.

🔹 Desigo Building Management System – Designed for high-performance buildings such as data centers and pharmaceutical facilities, this scalable and open automation system maximizes energy efficiency while ensuring robust cybersecurity with BACnet Secure Connect capabilities.

🔹 Building X Digital Platform – A foundation for all building types, this AI-powered platform helps customers reduce operational costs and achieve energy goals. The latest version integrates Generative AI, offering instant, accurate answers to user queries, simplifying documentation access and task completion.

Pioneering the Future of Smart Infrastructure

With 75% of buildings operating inefficiently, Siemens is at the forefront of digitalization, AI, and cybersecurity to create autonomous, human-centric buildings.

“Connectivity, digitalization, and AI allow us to make buildings more efficient and sustainable,” said Emma Falck, EVP, Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings.

Visitors can explore these innovations at the Siemens Booth D11, Hall 11.1, where additional highlights include the KNX all-in-one solution, hybrid heating control, and the highly energy-efficient magnetic expansion valve.
