Skanska to Build New Tower and Hotel in Nashville

Skanska has signed a $175 million contract with Ridgeline Development Partners to build a new residential tower and hotel in downtown Nashville. The project will be included in Skanska’s U.S. order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Named The Bend, the development covers approximately 50,800 square meters. It will feature a 12-story residential tower with 261 units, amenity spaces, and three levels of below-grade parking. A 9-story Moxy Hotel with 188 guest rooms and dedicated amenity areas will also be built.

The plan includes 1,600 square meters of shell retail space, which will provide future shopping and dining options, adding value to the growing Nashville city center.

Construction work has already started, and the project is scheduled for completion in September 2027.
