Skanska USA has unveiled Skanska Advanced Technology (SAT), a specialized unit focused on high-tech and semiconductor manufacturing, led by Executive VP Katie Coulson.

SAT operates under Skanska USA Building, with 180+ professionals working on projects in Oregon, Arizona, and California.
Skanska has $23 billion in advanced technology projects completed or under construction.
The unit aims to meet the growing demand for high-tech manufacturing.

Leadership & Vision:

Katie Coulson, an industry veteran with 25+ years of experience, will oversee SAT’s operations.
CEO Clay Haden emphasized that Coulson’s leadership will strengthen Skanska’s position in the semiconductor and high-tech sector.
Coulson will report to Jim Link, Regional Executive Officer, Skanska USA Building.
