SOM showcased two major real estate developments at Cityscape Global in Riyadh, collaborating with Retal Urban Development Company and Ajdan Real Estate Development Company. These projects highlight Saudi Arabia’s rapid rise in sustainable urban planning and align with the Saudi Vision 2030 development program.
Retal Heights was presented through a 2-meter-tall physical model, envisioned as a future landmark on the Riyadh skyline. The project includes two twin towers — one dedicated to a luxury hotel and branded residences, and the other offering private apartments of various sizes. A shared podium will act as the social hub, featuring a water garden and multifunctional event space.
The second project, Ajdan Towers, is also a dual-tower development designed as a mixed-use destination. It will combine commercial areas, retail spaces, and branded residences, allowing for vibrant urban life and modern city living.
Both concepts reflect SOM’s commitment to sustainable design, cultural relevance, and innovative architecture — pushing forward the vision of a modern and eco-friendly Riyadh.
