New Albany, Ohio – In a significant milestone for the health and wellness industry, Turner Construction Company and Pharmavite have celebrated the grand opening of a $250 million gummy vitamin production and innovation facility. Located in New Albany, Ohio, this cutting-edge plant will serve as Pharmavite’s Gummy Innovation Center of Excellence, supporting manufacturing, research, and development under one roof.

The facility will primarily produce vitamins for the Nature Made and MegaFood brands, both renowned for their science-backed nutritional supplements. By integrating production with product innovation, Pharmavite aims to strengthen its market leadership in the rapidly growing gummy supplement segment.

A New Era in Supplement Manufacturing

Spanning 225,000 square feet, the facility includes:

  • A two-line gummy manufacturing operation
  • A 17,661-square-foot central utility building
  • Warehousing and state-of-the-art laboratories for R&D and quality control

This modern facility is expected to accelerate production, shorten time-to-market, and drive innovation in new product formulations.

“The successful completion of this facility is a testament to what can be achieved through teamwork, trust, and a shared vision,” said Matt Kunz, Vice President and General Manager at Turner Construction. “We are proud to have helped bring Pharmavite’s innovation hub to life and are excited for the role this facility will play in shaping the future of wellness.”

Fueling Growth for Trusted Wellness Brands

As consumer demand for gummy supplements continues to surge, this facility positions Pharmavite to meet growing needs with increased speed and scale.

“The opening of Pharmavite New Albany is a very important milestone for our organization,” said Ray Gosselin, EVP and Chief Operations Officer at Pharmavite. “It will fuel the continued growth of Nature Made vitamins. The strong leadership and expertise of the Turner Construction team allowed us to complete the project on time and on budget, helping us deliver health to consumers even faster.”

Building the Future of Wellness

This project reinforces Turner’s reputation for delivering complex, high-performance manufacturing environments. It also marks a bold step in Pharmavite’s mission to bring “the gift of health to life” through trusted and innovative nutritional products.
