Turner Construction Marks Major Milestone at Offutt Air Force Base

Turner Construction Company, in partnership with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, has achieved a significant milestone in the $389 million Non-Kinetic Operations Campus project at Offutt Air Force Base. The topping-out ceremony marks the completion of vertical construction, signaling progress toward a resilient, state-of-the-art facility designed to withstand future flooding events.

Project Overview

🔹 Scope: 420,000-square-foot, three-story facility
🔹 Functions: Intelligence, training, maintenance, reconnaissance
🔹 Additional Construction: 5,000-square-foot defense courier station for shipping and receiving operations
🔹 Completion Timeline: Late 2027

This facility is the final phase of a seven-building reconstruction effort initiated after the devastating 2019 floods, reinforcing the base’s operational readiness and resilience.
