Atlas Copco Group Strengthens Rental Portfolio with Acquisition of Clearpro in Australia

The Atlas Copco Group has announced the acquisition of Clearpro Construction Water Solutions Pty Ltd (“Clearpro”), an Australian-based specialty water treatment rental company. This strategic move enhances Atlas Copco’s expertise and offerings in temporary mobile water treatment solutions, especially for infrastructure, general industry, and agriculture sectors.

Clearpro, headquartered in Queensland, employs 12 people and provides customized dewatering and water treatment rental solutions. Its specialized services combine in-house design, packaging, and field expertise, positioning it as a trusted partner on demanding water treatment projects.

“By combining specialist water treatment knowledge, in-house design and packaging capability with on-site dewatering expertise, Clearpro is an appreciated supplier of temporary mobile water treatment solutions which we are happy to welcome to the Group,” said Andrew Walker, Business Area President Power Technique, Atlas Copco.


Business Integration

Clearpro has now joined the Specialty Rental Division within the Power Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco Group. This division focuses on temporary solutions for power, flow, and air, including dewatering pumps, compressors, and generators.

In 2024, Clearpro generated revenues of approximately 6 million Australian dollars (approx. 42 million Swedish kronor).
