The scope of the project also includes integrating the adjacent Kelson Hall, improving offsite infrastructure, and providing administrative and office space for the Kamloops Centre for the Arts Society and resident organizations.

Key Features of the New Kamloops Centre for the Arts

  • A 1,100-seat main stage theatre
  • A 450-seat secondary theatre
  • Flexible rehearsal, studio, and education spaces

Currently in the Validation Phase, construction is scheduled to begin in Fall 2025, with completion anticipated in 2029.
