Turner Selected as Contractor for Multi-Billion-Dollar One Beverly Hills Project

Turner Construction Company has been selected as the overall site manager and contractor for Phase 1 of the iconic One Beverly Hills development — a transformative, multi-billion-dollar project reshaping the landscape of Beverly Hills, California.

The 17.5-acre project, which officially broke ground in February 2024, is master planned by renowned architecture firm Foster + Partners. One Beverly Hills will feature two luxury Aman-branded residential towers, an Aman Hotel, and a private Aman Club, all designed by Kerry Hill Architects.

A significant element of the redevelopment includes the revitalization of The Beverly Hilton, famously known as the venue of the Golden Globes and Milken Global Conference. The redesign will be led by David Collins Studio.

Adding to the project’s grandeur, 10 acres of botanical gardens and open public space are being designed by global firm Rios, with integrated hospitality and premium retail elements interwoven throughout the site.

“We are thrilled to work on this iconic project,” said Reed McMains, Vice President and General Manager at Turner Construction Company. “One Beverly Hills will usher in the next exciting chapter in Beverly Hills’ remarkable history. This project will bring more than 2,500 construction jobs to the area, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Cain International and OKO Group.”

The executive architect for the entire development is Adamson Associates, and the project is expected to be completed by late 2027.
