Dallas, TexasJacobs (NYSE: J) has been chosen as the owner’s program manager for a major new pediatric hospital campus, a joint venture between Children’s Health and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. The project marks a transformative step in advancing pediatric healthcare across the Dallas Metroplex.

The new campus will feature three hospital towers, housing 552 total beds, and will include a fetal care center offering advanced maternal and fetal services. Construction began in late 2024 and will span 4.5 million square feet, with over 20 acres of green space including parks, walking trails, and open courtyards.

Jacobs, with nearly $12 billion in annual revenue and a workforce of 45,000 employees, continues to drive innovation across sectors such as life sciences, cities & places, advanced manufacturing, and water infrastructure, while reinforcing its role in shaping healthcare systems of the future.
