Munich — The Nemetschek Group FY2025 financial results confirm a very successful fiscal year, with the company delivering strong growth and surpassing both its previously raised revenue forecast and its profitability target. Based on preliminary, non-audited figures, the global software provider achieved new record highs in revenue and operating profit.
Group revenue increased by 22.6% year-on-year on a currency-adjusted basis (reported: 19.7%) to a record EUR 1,191.2 million (2024: EUR 995.6 million), marking the first time the company crossed the EUR 1 billion threshold. The Nemetschek Group FY2025 financial results slightly exceeded the upgraded revenue guidance range of 20% to 22% announced in July 2025. Growth includes the planned acquisition-related revenue contribution from GoCanvas.
Performance remained strong in the fourth quarter, with revenue rising 16.7% currency-adjusted (11.8% reported) to EUR 325.3 million, supported by sustained operational momentum, particularly within the Build segment.
Profitability outpaced revenue growth. EBITDA increased by 28.9% currency-adjusted (23.3% reported) to EUR 371.1 million, compared with EUR 301.0 million in the prior year. The EBITDA margin improved to 31.2%, up from 30.2% in 2024, aligning with full-year guidance of around 31%. In the fourth quarter alone, Nemetschek delivered a robust EBITDA margin of 32.9%, underlining the strength of its operating model.
The Nemetschek Group FY2025 financial results include an extraordinary, non-operating effect in the low double-digit million euro range, resulting from the unexpected insolvency of a service and payment provider in the first half of the year, as previously disclosed.
Commenting on the performance, Yves Padrines, CEO of Nemetschek Group, highlighted the company’s strategic execution:
“In the 2025 financial year, Nemetschek once again demonstrated its strategic and operational strength, achieving record levels in both revenue and operating profit. Our AI-first strategy continues to enhance our globally renowned solution portfolio through organic innovation and targeted acquisitions such as Firmus AI.”
He added that the accelerating digitalization of the construction industry and the increasing adoption of generative and agentic AI technologies are expected to unlock substantial additional growth opportunities.
Looking ahead, the company expressed strong confidence for 2026 and beyond, with the Nemetschek Group FY2025 financial results reinforcing expectations of continued sustainable, profitable growth driven by digital transformation and AI adoption across the construction and media sectors.
