Luxury Penthouse at Brooklyn Tower Unveiled

Silverstein Properties has unveiled Brooklyn’s highest residential listing with the release of Penthouse 92 at Brooklyn Tower, a full-floor luxury residence priced at $16.75 million. Located atop the borough’s tallest building, the penthouse marks a significant milestone in Brooklyn’s evolving luxury real estate market.

Brooklyn Tower, rising more than 1,000 feet above Downtown Brooklyn at 85 Fleet Street, is the borough’s only supertall skyscraper. The tower integrates contemporary architecture with historic preservation, emerging from the landmarked former Dime Savings Bank, a defining feature of the development.

Occupying the entire 92nd floor, Penthouse 92 spans 5,891 square feet, making it the largest new development condominium currently available in Brooklyn. The residence features four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, with twelve-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass offering panoramic views of Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.

The interiors were curated by Susan Clark of Radnor, featuring European white oak flooring, mahogany millwork, and a refined material palette. The primary bathroom is finished in honed Breccia Capria marble, while the kitchen includes Absolute Black stone countertops, Waterworks fixtures, and integrated Miele appliances.

Architecturally, Brooklyn Tower was designed by SHoP Architects, with interiors and amenities by Woods Bagot and residential design by Gachot Studios. The building comprises 143 condominiums and 398 rental residences, creating a mixed-use residential landmark.

Amenities include Brooklyn’s largest Life Time fitness club, spanning approximately 80,000 square feet, along with private sky lounges and outdoor terraces on the 66th and 85th floors.

Condominium residences at Brooklyn Tower start at $965,000, ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes. However, Penthouse 92 stands apart as the highest home in Brooklyn, reinforcing the borough’s growing presence in the ultra-luxury residential market.
