New Healthcare Facility Reaches Major Milestone
Turner and TriHealth have reached substantial completion of Phase One of the Ambulatory Services Building at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati.
The five-story facility covers 168,000 square feet. It brings several essential and advanced healthcare services together under one roof.
The new building includes an emergency department and an expanded surgical institute. It also provides neurosciences, cancer and blood care, heart and vascular care, and women’s services.
The facility will also expand the hospital’s diagnostic imaging capabilities.
Project Supports Good Samaritan’s Transformation
The Ambulatory Services Building forms a central part of TriHealth’s $240 million investment in Good Samaritan Hospital.
The investment aims to modernize the historic Cincinnati medical campus. It will also improve access and wayfinding for patients and visitors.
In addition, the project will help the hospital respond to changing healthcare needs across the Cincinnati region.
The new facility will bring multiple services together. As a result, patients can access a broader range of care within a modernized campus environment.
Turner and TriHealth Continue Longstanding Partnership
Turner and TriHealth have worked together at Good Samaritan Hospital for more than 50 years.
Turner’s work at the hospital began in the 1980s. Since then, the construction company has supported multiple improvements, renovations and expansions.
The partnership has continued while Good Samaritan remained an active healthcare environment. This experience has given Turner extensive knowledge of the hospital campus and its operational requirements.
That familiarity now supports the latest phase of Good Samaritan’s transformation.

Turner Project Manager Rob Hudepohl said reaching substantial completion represents an important achievement for everyone involved.
