Bobcat Community Giving: Make a Difference Today

Bobcat Employees Support Communities Through Volunteerism and Giving

Bobcat Company and its employees are supporting communities through volunteer projects and charitable donations across North America and other global locations.

The efforts included Doosan Bobcat Community Days and the company’s annual Fall Giving Campaign. Together, these programs combine hands-on service with financial support for local organizations.

Employees Contribute 2,000 Volunteer Hours

More than 200 Bobcat employees contributed 2,000 volunteer hours through Doosan Bobcat Community Days.

Employees supported projects focused on education, environmental stewardship and community development. In addition, Bobcat equipment helped teams complete several projects more efficiently.

Key activities included creating and clearing nature trails, removing litter, renovating community campsites and planting trees.

“At Bobcat, we believe strong communities are built through action,” said Stacey Breuer, vice president of HR, Doosan Bobcat North America. “Doosan Bobcat Community Days brings our employees together around a shared purpose.”

Fall Giving Campaign Supports 80 Nonprofits

Meanwhile, Bobcat employees supported nonprofit organizations of their choice through the company’s annual Fall Giving Campaign.

Bobcat matched employee donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $3,000 per employee. In total, the company and its employees donated more than $100,000 to 80 nonprofit organizations across North America.

“Supporting organizations our employees care about is core to who we are at Bobcat,” Breuer said. “Our Fall Giving campaign is designed to help our employees’ generosity go further.”

Broader Community Investments

Throughout the year, Bobcat also supports organizations focused on STEM education, workforce development and disaster relief.

Recently, the company announced a $1 million multi-year investment in the Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum. The funding will support hands-on STEM experiences designed to inspire future generations.

Furthermore, Bobcat expanded its partnership with The Salvation Army through an additional $465,000 equipment donation. The contribution brings Bobcat’s total support for the organization to more than $1.35 million since 2024.

Together, these initiatives reflect Bobcat’s broader approach to community engagement. The company combines employee volunteerism, charitable giving and long-term partnerships to support communities where its employees live and work.
