CM Labs Launches Training Management Tools to Expand Instructor Capacity
CM Labs has launched new training management tools designed to help simulation-based training instructors support more students while maintaining personalized guidance.
The new features are part of the Intellia Workforce Training System. The system combines training management software, simulators and equipment-focused curriculum to improve instructor oversight and trainee preparation.
New Tools Support Instructors
The latest update includes After-Action Review, AI assistants for instructors and trainees, and a classroom Performance Leaderboard.
After-Action Review allows instructors to record training sessions and review them later. During playback, instructors can move through the 3D environment and assess trainee performance from different angles.
As a result, instructors can identify errors, review completed goals and adjust training plans based on individual needs.
Meanwhile, AI assistants use CM Labs’ product documentation to provide context-aware answers through voice or text. The tools can recommend training exercises and support course planning. Trainees can also receive guidance during exercises, allowing instructors to spend more time on direct coaching.
Performance Leaderboard Adds Live Feedback
The Performance Leaderboard gives instructors dashboards for sharing live training results with students.
In addition, the feature can encourage healthy competition among trainees. It also gives instructors another way to monitor performance during classroom sessions.
Together, the new tools help instructors manage multiple students while reducing the risk of missing important training events. Therefore, instructors can focus more closely on feedback, skill development and operator readiness.
Supporting Skilled Equipment Workforces
Lisa Barbieri, vice president of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at CM Labs, said training programs need to expand capacity as demand for skilled operators increases.
She added that the Intellia tools can help organizations provide personalized guidance while managing larger groups and training operators across multiple equipment types.

The company says its Intellia Workforce Training System has been installed in more than 50 countries, with more than 2,000 training system installations worldwide.
