CNH Industrial Capital Canada Prices C$550 Million in Notes Due 2028 and 2030
CNH Industrial N.V. has announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital Canada Ltd., has priced C$550 million in senior unsecured notes.
The offering includes C$200 million of 4.00% notes due September 25, 2028. It also includes C$350 million of 4.40% notes due September 25, 2030.
The 2028 Notes have an issue price of 99.935%. Meanwhile, the 2030 Notes have an issue price of 99.989%.
Proceeds to Support Corporate Needs
CNH Industrial Capital Canada plans to add the net proceeds to its general funds.
The company expects to use the funds for working capital and other general corporate purposes. In addition, the proceeds may support the purchase of receivables and other assets in the ordinary course of business.
The funds may also be used to repay indebtedness as it becomes due.
Interest Payments Begin in 2027
The Notes are being offered through a private placement to certain accredited investors in the Canadian provinces.
The offering is expected to close on September 25, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Furthermore, the Notes will pay interest twice a year. Interest payments will be made on March 25 and September 25, beginning March 25, 2027.
The Notes are senior unsecured obligations of CNH Industrial Capital Canada Ltd. They will also be guaranteed by CNH Industrial Capital LLC, CNH Industrial Capital America LLC and New Holland Credit Company, LLC. Each guarantor is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CNH Industrial N.V.
