Sandvik Secures Major Mining Equipment Order in Southeast Asia

~SEK 450 Million Contract Underscores Strength of Intelligent Mining Solutions

Sandvik has secured a significant order for underground mining equipment from a leading mining operator in Southeast Asia, with a total value of approximately SEK 450 million. The order was recorded in Q1 2025, reinforcing Sandvik’s position as a trusted technology partner in the global mining sector.

The equipment package includes development drills, cable bolters, and load and haul equipment, all designed to support efficient and safe underground operations. Deliveries will commence in Q2 2025 and extend through Q1 2026.
