Liebherr-Australia Commissions New Fleet at Super Pit for Northern Star Resources Ltd.

Liebherr-Australia has commissioned five PR 776 dozers for Northern Star Resources Ltd, marking the first of 13 new Liebherr machines to be delivered throughout 2025. These machines will operate at the Super Pit, one of Australia’s largest gold mines, located in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

  • Additional equipment includes two more PR 776 dozers, five R 9150 excavators, and one R 9400 excavator.

  • By 2030, Liebherr plans to double its operations and workforce in Perth to support the increasing demand for mining equipment.
