Portable Roof Cart Rentals for Improved Safety

Portable Roof Cart Rentals for Improved Safety

Malta Dynamics is offering portable roof cart rental solutions designed to improve rooftop fall protection for construction and maintenance crews.

The company’s rental systems provide temporary fall protection without requiring permanent rooftop installation. As a result, contractors can maintain worker safety while preserving roof integrity and reducing setup time.

Malta Dynamics said its roof cart rentals support both lightweight portability and larger horizontal lifeline applications across a range of roofing environments.

PX3 Roof Cart Focuses on Mobility and Fast Setup

The PX3 Roof Cart is one of the company’s most portable mobile fall protection systems.

Weighing only 430 pounds, the unit supports up to five workers simultaneously. In addition, the lightweight design allows crews to relocate the system quickly across active jobsites.

The PX3 supports three workers in fall arrest mode and two workers in restraint mode.

According to Malta Dynamics, the system is approximately 45% lighter than comparable rooftop safety systems. Furthermore, the unit ships jobsite-ready on a standard pallet, helping contractors simplify deployment.

The PX3 is designed for use on TPO, EPDM, metal and built-up roofing surfaces.

To provide flexibility for contractors, Malta Dynamics offers both weekly and monthly rental options.

Non-Penetrating Roof Cart Supports Horizontal Lifeline Systems

The company also offers a Non-Penetrating Roof Cart designed for heavier-duty rooftop anchorage applications.

Unlike permanent anchoring systems, the unit protects workers without penetrating the roof membrane. Consequently, contractors can improve compliance while avoiding damage to roofing materials.

When paired with a second roof cart and a horizontal lifeline setup, the system can support up to seven workers simultaneously.

The unit works on concrete, TPO and EPDM roofing surfaces. In addition, the system meets OSHA and ANSI compliance requirements.

Malta Dynamics also designed the roof cart for easier transport and repositioning. The unit includes flat-free tires and lifting rings to improve mobility across the jobsite.

Portable Fall Protection Gains Importance Across Jobsites

Demand for portable rooftop fall protection systems continues growing as contractors seek flexible safety solutions for temporary and fast-moving projects.

Portable systems allow crews to maintain compliance while reducing installation complexity and improving operational efficiency.

As construction companies increasingly prioritize worker safety and productivity, roof cart rental solutions are becoming an important part of rooftop project planning.

By offering lightweight portable systems and heavy-duty horizontal lifeline solutions, Malta Dynamics aims to support a wider range of rooftop safety requirements across commercial and industrial jobsites.
