Turner Ranked Top Contractor in the United States Again

Turner continues its industry leadership after earning the top position in Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) contractor rankings for the sixth straight year.

Turner Leads the U.S. Construction Industry

Engineering News-Record has ranked Turner as the number one contractor in the United States again.

This achievement highlights Turner’s strong performance across major markets. It also shows the company’s focus on innovation, sustainability, safety, and client success.

In addition, Turner continues to expand its work in fast-growing sectors. These areas include advanced technology, data centers, and major infrastructure projects.

Building Success Through People and Performance

Turner President Abrar Sheriff said the company’s growth comes from complex projects and a strong service approach.

“Our growth comes from increasingly large and complex projects,” Sheriff said.

He explained that Turner invests in recruiting, employee retention, and workplace improvements.

As a result, the company creates an environment focused on respect, safety, and operational excellence.

Strong Results Across Market Segments

Turner maintained its leading position in Domestic Building/Manufacturing Revenue in ENR’s 2026 rankings.

Meanwhile, the company achieved fifth place in International Revenue.

The company also improved its ranking in several important sectors.

For example, Turner moved from fourth to second in Telecommunications because of continued growth in technology and data center construction.

Additionally, Turner advanced in Industrial, moving from seventh to fourth.

The company also improved its Transportation ranking, moving from fifteenth to twelfth.

Expanding Infrastructure Expertise

Turner continues to strengthen its capabilities through collaboration with companies across the ACS Group and HOCHTIEF family.

FlatironDragados achieved the top position in transportation and domestic heavy contracting revenue. It also earned a place among the top 25 contractors overall.

Together, these organizations bring expertise in building, civil work, transportation, and infrastructure.

Therefore, the partnership helps clients manage larger and more complex projects.

Turner’s latest ENR recognition reflects its continued focus on innovation, teamwork, and delivering value for communities.
