JLL Appoints Paul Walters to Expanded South-Central and Manufacturing Leadership Role

JLL has promoted Paul Walters, FRICS PMP, to Senior Managing Director, PDS South Central and US Manufacturing.

The newly created role combines national leadership for JLL’s Industrial and Manufacturing sector with regional leadership for Project and Development Services (PDS).

National Manufacturing Leadership

Walters will lead JLL’s Industrial and Manufacturing strategy across the United States. He will develop sector capabilities and growth plans for manufacturing clients.

These clients often require specialised infrastructure and advanced technology. They also face strict regulations and tight construction schedules.

Meanwhile, Walters will oversee PDS operations across the South-Central U.S. region. The region covers Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

More Than 25 Years of Experience

Based in Dallas, Walters brings more than 25 years of international project leadership experience. His career spans the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.

He has delivered complex projects worth more than $2 billion. His experience includes manufacturing, industrial, critical infrastructure and corporate projects.

Walters most recently served as Executive Vice President, National Industrial and Manufacturing for PDS. Previously, he led JLL’s PDS business across Central Canada.

Expanded Regional Operations

In his new role, Walters will develop new business and partnerships with manufacturing stakeholders. He will also recruit and develop PDS talent across the South-Central region.

Furthermore, he will work with JLL’s brokerage, property management and capital markets teams. This will support integrated real estate and project solutions for clients.

Louis Molinini, Americas PDS Variable Lead at JLL, said the dual role combines specialised sector expertise with regional execution.

Walters said manufacturing clients need partners who understand production timelines, specialised infrastructure and operational needs. He added that the expanded role will apply the same delivery standards across the South-Central region.
