Clark Builders has been selected to work on the proposed NorQuest College Career Skills Centre, a landmark development set to strengthen workforce readiness across Alberta. The project marks another milestone in Clark Builders’ long-standing partnership with NorQuest College and reflects a shared commitment to education, inclusion, and community development.

Working closely with NorQuest College and GEC Architecture, Clark Builders is currently advancing the project through the preconstruction phase, leading design coordination, planning, and cost development to support the realization of the new facility.

Planned for downtown Edmonton, the Career Skills Centre is envisioned as a dynamic and inclusive learning hub.
