Dubai, UAE | April 2026 — Dubai Properties, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded contracts worth Dh1.1 billion ($299 million) to Metac General Contracting to build 850 townhouses at the Villanova development in Dubai.
Project Overview
The project forms part of the next phase of Villanova’s expansion, a growing residential community in Dubailand. The new development will operate under the name La Tilia and will be delivered in two phases:
- Phase 1: 410 units
- Phase 2: 440 units
The total includes:
- 500 three-bedroom townhouses
- 350 four-bedroom townhouses
Development Context
Villanova has already delivered 3,834 homes since its launch. The latest expansion reflects strong demand for family-oriented communities in Dubai.
The development focuses on livability and connectivity, offering:
- Walkable streets and green spaces
- Parks and cycling paths
- Schools, retail, and community facilities
