Webuild has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hyundai Engineering & Construction (Hyundai E&C) to collaborate on major global infrastructure projects, strengthening cooperation between two major international construction groups.

The agreement establishes a framework for the companies to jointly pursue opportunities in large-scale infrastructure development, combining their engineering expertise, financial strength and global project experience.

Under the MoU, Webuild and Hyundai Engineering & Construction will explore partnerships on complex infrastructure projects across multiple regions.
