Skanska has secured a USD 325 million (approximately SEK 3.0 billion) contract to build a new Cincinnati Marriott Hotel in downtown Cincinnati.
An entity managed by Portman Holdings, LLC awarded the contract. Moreover, Skanska will record the project in its U.S. order bookings for the second quarter of 2026.
