John Deere Expands Compact Track Loader Lineup With SmartGrade Box Blades
John Deere has expanded its compact equipment attachment portfolio with the launch of the new BX07 and BX08 SmartGrade Box Blade attachments.
Designed for the 333 and 335 P-Tier Compact Track Loaders, the new attachments combine John Deere hardware, SmartGrade technology and machine controls. As a result, operators can complete grading work with greater accuracy and efficiency.
SmartGrade Technology Supports Precision Grading
The new John Deere SmartGrade Box Blades are designed primarily for finish grading applications.
The BX07 and BX08 are currently available with 2D and Laser capabilities. In addition, John Deere plans to offer full 3D SmartGrade capability in the future.
This range of options allows contractors to select grading technology based on specific jobsite requirements. It also expands the types of grading work that compact track loaders can perform.
“Customers continue to look for new ways to improve their operations and performance while also maximizing their overall jobsite productivity,” said Emily Pagura, Product Marketing Manager at John Deere.
She added that the new attachments use precision technology to speed up grading while maintaining accuracy.
New Features Improve Jobsite Flexibility
John Deere has equipped the BX07 and BX08 with several features designed to improve productivity and durability.
Hydraulically actuated flip-up front wheels allow operators to adapt the attachments to changing site conditions. Meanwhile, adjustable wheel height provides additional flexibility during grading work.
A recessed valve block also helps maintain operator visibility. Furthermore, the heavy-duty box design includes edge protection to improve durability during demanding applications.
Fire Suppression System Added for Equipment Protection
Alongside the new SmartGrade Box Blades, John Deere is introducing another equipment protection option for its larger machines.
A fire suppression system is now available for large-frame Skid Steer and Compact Track Loaders. The integrated system is designed for customers operating in high-debris environments where additional equipment protection may be required.
The system includes a 20-pound fire suppression tank and a compact control panel. Both components can be securely installed on the machine.
John Deere Expands Compact Equipment Capabilities
The latest additions expand the range of applications available to John Deere compact equipment operators.
While the BX07 and BX08 SmartGrade Box Blades focus on faster and more accurate grading, the new fire suppression option provides additional machine protection in demanding environments.
Together, the additions support John Deere’s effort to improve productivity, precision and equipment protection across its compact track loader lineup.
