Atlas Copco LVC Acquisition Belgium Enhances Services

Atlas Copco LVC Acquisition Belgium Enhances Services

Atlas Copco Group has strengthened its service capabilities in Europe with the acquisition of LVC Solutions N.V., based in Genk.

Strategic Expansion in Belgium

To begin with, LVC Solutions provides sales and servicing of compressed air systems to customers across multiple general industry segments.

Moreover, the acquisition supports Atlas Copco’s broader strategy of industrial service network expansion in Europe, particularly in strengthening its presence in eastern Belgium.

As a result, customers in the region can expect improved service responsiveness and enhanced local support.

Strengthening Aftermarket Capabilities

Importantly, LVC brings decades of experience in compressed air solutions, having been founded in 1989.

All 14 employees have joined Atlas Copco as part of the acquisition. Consequently, this ensures continuity in customer relationships while enhancing the company’s aftermarket growth strategies in construction equipment and industrial services.

The company will now operate within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique service division, further reinforcing its lifecycle service capabilities.

Financial Overview and Integration

The acquired business generated revenues of €4.6 million in 2025. However, the purchase price has not been disclosed.

In addition, the integration into Atlas Copco’s existing operations reflects a continued focus on predictive maintenance and industrial services, enabling more efficient and data-driven support for customers.

Industry Context: Growing Demand for Localized Service

Overall, the acquisition reflects a broader industry trend toward localized service infrastructure. Companies are increasingly investing in regional capabilities to improve uptime and reduce operational disruptions.

This aligns with equipment service expansion strategies in global construction markets, where proximity to customers is becoming a key competitive advantage.

Similarly, the move supports the shift toward advanced service models, including digital monitoring and proactive maintenance solutions.

Outlook

With its established customer base and strong local presence, LVC Solutions enhances Atlas Copco’s ability to deliver high-quality service in Belgium.

By combining local expertise with global resources, the company is well-positioned to drive long-term growth and deliver greater value to industrial customers.
